I LOVE HALLOWEEN! I just needed to say it. You don’t understand how excited I am that we are now in October. Not only is it my birthday month but it’s also time for the best holiday of the year (in my opinion)! BUT, now that I’ve really cut out added sugars, I’ve been having a hard time coming up with some healthy Halloween treats for adults.

The kids shouldn’t get to have all the fun! I just really want to indulge in some sweets without all the extra sugar. I’m pretty sure my body would be super pissed off.
So I’ve been spending the last 48 hours searching, stalking and even tweaking some traditional treats to make it as healthy as possible and of course gluten-free!
